So after that 50k-in-May (er, 110k-in-May) swimming challenge that I took on, the obvious questions was: what's next?
Here's what we decided: shoot for the moon in June. Here we go. Goals are individual. What's mine? To do three sets of six repetitions of bench press at 115 lbs. This will support my longer term goal of achieving a one-rep max of my body weight* on bench press.
UPDATE: I finished this on June 8. Goal setting failure. New goal: 3x8 @115 lbs
