Game Time: The "Pimp My Easter Basket" Challenge

Are you the kind of person who looks at holiday treats and always thinks you could make them better? Or are you the kind of person whodreams up bizarre and beautiful chocolate bar flavors? Or maybe, perhaps, are you the kind of person who enjoys doing ridiculous things in general?

Whatever kind of person you are, I’ve teamed up with Jessica from Bake Me Away! and Mary from n00bcakes to throw down the perfect challenge, just for you.

Pimp My Easter Basket

Intrigued? Read on.

The idea behind this challenge is to take traditional Easter treats and kick them up a notch (bam). Cover Peeps in chocolate and roll them in wasabi sugar. Deep fry jelly beans. Make glow-in-the-dark eggs. Do whatever you want, just follow these four simple steps:
1 Involve some kind of Easter-themed treat(s)*
2 Be ridiculous
3 Send a link to a blog post describing your feats to PimpMyEasterBasket@gmail.com by Thursday, April 21. If you don’t have a blog, simply send along a photo and description of your work.
4 Check back on our blogs on Saturday, April 23 to see what you could do to some of the treats you may happen upon come Easter morning.
*If you don’t celebrate Easter, feel free to participate by utilizing treats for a holiday that you personally celebrate in the springtime.

Ready. Set. PIMP MY EASTER BASKET.

  8. Ooh, I'd love to get involved in this! Can't help thinking I might fail, as adjusting to full-time work is trickier than I'd thought it would be. I bet you'll create something amazing though!
